GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CZECH WOMEN RUN 2020
Only properly registered racers can take part in the race.
Each competitor declares that they participate voluntarily and at their own risk (with all resulting consequences ), are fit and in proper physical condition to manage the race without any difficulties.
The organizer of the race is not responsible for physical injuries, property damage or any other damage associated with participation in the event.
We ask all participants to act environment-friendly and, not to pollute environment, to move only in predefined areas and follow the instructions of the organizer.
Each participant is obliged to read and respect instructions and other important information that will by published by the organizer on website www.ceskybehzen.cz before the race.
The participant confirms following the rules of the race. Any breaking of the rules during the event, may result in disqualification from the race.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the race in case of unpredictable extraordinary circumstances or in case of a natural disaster or absolutely unsuitable climatic conditions.
In these circumstances the organizer is not obliged to return the entry fee to the competitor.
The organizer reserves the right to change the programme, propositions, following rules and conditions without announcement.
Insurance against accident for competitors is included.
REGISTRATION
Registration takes place on the organizer's website www.ceskybehzen.cz by filling in and submitting an online registration form. After the proper registration, the system will send notification including details for payment of starting fee to stated email contact. Registration is also possible personally on site. Participants of children's races also need to be registered, due to results management and photos.
Registration is valid only after its payment. Payment means crediting the full amount to organizers account by bank transfer or online payment. Acceptance of the entry fee is announced via e-mail notification and will be reflected by adding the start number to the online starting list.
Registration that is not paid within 5 days is automatically canceled. Starting fee is not refundable. However, it can be transferred to another participant.
Registration changes can only be made via e-mail: info@ceskybehzen.cz. This change is free of charge.
PRESENTATION
Every registered competitor is obliged to present themself to the race in stated time and place designated by the organizer. Presentation is possible personally with a valid ID or by another person by submission of a copy of the participant's ID and a copy of confirmation email. Team must be represented by at least one of the team members. A Family Run is only possible in the presence of a legal representative.
During presentation the competitor receives the starting package. Packages cannot be picked up later or demanded in any other way.
RACE
All tracks
Mass start race.
The competition is based on IAAF rules (except for Nordic Walking, Family Run and Slavata Triathlon).
Start numbers with built-in electronic timing chip must be properly placed (see Race Instructions). The start number is not transferable to another person.
Violation of the rules leads to disqualification.
It is strictly forbidden to use roller skates, trekking poles (except for Nordic Walking), bicycles and other vehicles along the entire length of the track. It is forbidden to shorten or block the race track in any way. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to entry the area of start and finish with animals. Refreshments for competitors will be served at the finish.
The first three competitors in each category will receive a prize. Not picked up prizes cannot be demanded later.
Participants have the possibility to complain about the result of the race within 5 calendar days via email to organizer (info@ceskybehzen.cz).
Teams
Teams compete only on the 5 km track. Each team consists of four runners. They attend the race together. Their times add up. The team with the lowest total time wins.
Family Run
Mass start without timing. All children and parents run the same track, but are divided into two age groups, (see Proposition above). Both children and parents are registered. At the presentation each participant will receive the starting number.
Each child will also receive a Welcome package, participant medals, drinking regime and a small gift after completing the race.
Nordic Walking
Mass start race. Nordic poles are necessary for participating in the race. They can be borrowed at the start. Otherwise, the running rules above are valid.
Raffle
The raffle prizes are distributed according to tokens. They will be received by each participant after arriving at the raffle.

By completing the registration - online or in person - the participant or his legal representative - agrees to the inclusion of personal data included in the registration form.
By completing the registration - online or in person at the presentation - the participant or his / her legal representative - agrees to the inclusion of his / her personal data in the database organized by: SSK Vítkovice, z. s. Based in Ostrava, Závodní 2891/86, 703 00, IČ: 00534544, DIČ: CZ00534544, registered in the Federal Register at the Regional Court in Ostrava, as administrator, and their subsequent processing through SSK Vítkovice for marketing purposes and commercial communication by electronic means and for non-commercial use of documentary photographs and video recordings for the purpose of presentation or promotion of its activities pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Sb., until the withdrawal of consent. At the same time, the participant grants consent to send him/her information about upcoming events and the offer of his business partners.
